To uninstall devtools:
Open terminal.
Execute the command
sudo /Developer/Library/uninstall-devtools --mode=all
Then, you can safely reinstall any Xcode version.
Note that it's maybe possible to install 3.2.1 over 3.2.2 directly, but this additional step provide a clean way to do this.
