invalid DWARF in xcode 3.2.3 with GCC 4.0

I saw some old (A couple of months ago) discussion here about this issue. I'm also trying to compile a C++ program that must run on 10.4 with 3.2.3... Has this bug been fixed? Is there a work around?

I couldn't figure out how to get the bugtracker to let me see anything except the bugs that I myself posted...
