It's really a matter of preference.  If you plan on sharing the code on the Internet, then maybe something like Google or Github makes sense. I guess using the Xcode interface for scm can make access a little easier.  However, you are limited to using svn, currently.  Personally, I use Git.  If I want to share it out, using github is very nice.  Again, it's a choice.
