"cdefs.h modified since it was first processed" error since updating to iOS SDK 4.0.2.

Since updating to the latest SDK, whenever I build for a device I get a bunch of errors like:

clang: warning: argument unused during compilation: '-fno-objc-direct-dispatch'
fatal error: file '/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer/SDKs/iPhoneOS4.0.sdk/usr/include/sys/cdefs.h' modified since it was first processed
1 error generated.

Simulator builds seem to work just fine.

Thoughts?
