Very roughly:

- create a new command line tool project in Xcode

- remove from the project the source file that contains the main() function,
and throw away that file

- move all your source files into the project folder, in some kind of
arrangement that makes sense to you

- drag your source files (including the drl ones) into the Xcode window,
again in an arrangement that makes sense to you

- drag in the actual libraries that you appear to be using (blas, lapack,
veclib...), or right-click and choose "add existing framework"--don't be
misled by the terminology because it's not just for real frameworks

- right-click the executable in the outline, choose "Get Info", and set up
your arguments

- come back here with your error messages ;-)
