Hello,
I'm a blind developer and I'm newbie in xCode development
I want to develop a Cocoa application for Mac but I can't connect

I assume you know about, and perhaps use, VoiceOver (http://www.apple.com/accessibility/voiceover/
). I have no idea how well it works in practice, but the web page
sure makes it sound great :-). I would just observe that whatever
solution you come up with for this, it seems like a bug that you can't
simply make the connections you want in IB using VoiceOver. Whatever
is preventing that from working as you would like it to work for you,
please do file a bug, on IB or on VoiceOver or wherever the bug
belongs. Dev tools should be accessible just like any other app.
