It has nothing to do with Cmd+/, because I never use this shortcut and yet
I've seen the effect in question. Of course it's particularly severe in the
iPhone Simulator where multiple versions of the built app are maintained in
the background, and quite a lot of the time Xcode will just run the wrong
one when you Build and Run. So you're now running an old version of the app,
and wondering why your changes didn't fix or even affect the problem you're
working on. I've lost many hours because of this. m.
