Exclude localizations when building with Debug configuration?

Is there a way to have Xcode only compile/copy the English xibs when building with the Debug configuration?
We have 9 languages in our project, and a lot of xibs. This really adds up when doing a clean build. And, during development, we don't need all the other languages, so it would be nice to disable them. But, I don't see any variables in the Build Settings that seem like they would control that.
