Don't feel bad Matt. Even reading and rereading the documentation I was unable to create a help "file" successfully. Even the tutorials on the web didn't help. It wasn't until I was able to obtain the source for a project that included a "help" file that I was able to successfully create one. I keep putting the word file in quotes because it's not just a file; it's a bunch of folders.
