SLA agreements for Disk Image

Not sure if there is a better place to ask this question...

So I get my app written, want to post it online via a Disk Image, want to add a License Agreement before the disk image is mounted. I find the document "SoftwareDeliveryGuide.pdf" on Apple's site which has a section titled "Adding a License Agreement to a Disk Image", which eventually points me to the link

	ftp://ftp.apple.com/developer/Development_Kits/SLAs_for_UDIFs_1.0.dmg

This is a document from 2003(!), directing me to use ResEdit and doing things I haven't thought of in years. This feels so MacOS 9. Is there a more modern way to add software license agreement to a disk image?

Thanks,

Todd
