Thanks everyone for your quick answers.  I am a little disappointed because I don't understand how using Ant is better or easier, since Jam worked so naturally in Xcode 3.0. When I choose to "upgrade to native targets" from Xcode 3.2, it tells me that Java is not supported.  Is there some kind of documentation explaining why Jam isn't good enough for Java anymore?
