Interface Builder Freezes

I'm currently experiencing a problem with the Interface Builder:

It freezes whenever I goto this section:

Cocoa Touch Plugin --> Inputs & Values

The ball spins forever.

I'm using Interface Builder 3.1.2 (677), do you know of a solution?
