Change xcode language from chinese to english

| Hi All,
I changed my OS from 10.5 to 10.6. After that I updated XCode 3.1 to the new XCode 3.2. If I open now my XCode, the language of xcode will be chinese or japanese. How can I change the language back to english? I can't work with the other language.
