We are actually converting an old PowerPlant application to Xcode and we
have a problem with “cicn” resource on Mac Intel. To draw our buttons,
we are using LCicnButton class and this class use PlotCIcon... And, on
Mac Intel, icons are not drawn properly. It seem that there is a bug
with “cicn” resource format. So, there is a way to recycle “cicn”
resource without making all new buttons? We have a lot of buttons so it
can be long to convert those to “icl8” or something like that.
If I recall correctly, 'cicn' resources created by Constructor had an
error in their format. To fix them, my notes say that I opened each in
the hex editor in Resorcerer and changed offset 0x26 up to 0x2A from
'5551' to 0x00000000.
