I indeed searched Google and xcode-users for my build problems before posting to this list. I found nothing that seemed relevant.
I didn't get the "load command" problem until after I posted to this list. After checking out Google results, it appears to be related to running Xcode 3.1.x on 10.6 (Snow Leopard). I'm running 3.1.4 on 10.5 (Leopard). It could also be related to passing a C string to NSLog. I don't have any uses of NSLog.
