IPsec API

Hi Group,

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post the question. I'm developing iPhone app using Xcode and I like to know if iPhone has any API to control IPsec behavior? More specifically to turn on IPsec on/off at some ports, to set keys, etc. Any info or pointers will be appreciated.
