Xcode 3.1 says 'welcome to 3.2'

Hi, all,

I checked the archives but didn't see this one.

I'm running Xcode 3.1.4 on a 10.5.8 system. When I first install/run it, the welcome mat says "Welcome to Xcode 3.1". After a while it decides to download documentation. When that is complete, and I quit and restart Xcode, the mat now says "Welcome to Xcode 3.2".

Is this known? An indication of a mismatch between doc and app/ tools? Harmless?
