i just wanted to create as an app as it is in the applications folder.
so that i could provide my tool to my team
as a single executable instead of set of files.

Does it have to be an app or do you just want something you can
double click? Rename the script from foo to foo.command or
create a foo.command that starts your scripts. You can double
click the .command file to launch.
