http://developer.apple.com/technologies/tools/whats-new.html says that the Xcode 4 preview can be downloaded from the Mac Dev Center and from the iPhone Dev Center, but even when I log in I only see Xcode 3.2.3. I don't see it at connect.apple.com either.
In case it would matter, I have a "free online" ADC membership and an $99 iPhone dev program membership. Is it simply a matter of synchronisation, or is the preview only available to some people?
