Xcode sometimes mysteriously not compiling xcmappingmodel correctly

Hi all,

I have a really weird problem.

My project contains two .xcdatamodels and an .xcmappingmodel. Xcode
compiles the latter into a .cdm file and places it in /Resources.
Sometimes (no exact repro steps known) the resulting .cdm file is wrong
and so my app is unable to correctly migrate old documents. Manually
swapping the .cdm from another build 'fixes' the problem. By 'wrong' I
mean that the .cdm file seems to correspond to an older version of
the .xcmappingmodel.

Sometimes the .cdm file will be correct, other times not. When it's not
correct, I have tried the following it fix it:
 - clean & rebuild
 - empty xcode caches, relaunch, and rebuild
 - delete 'build' folder and rebuild

None of these fixes it. However, if I context-click the .xcmappingmodel
and 'touch' it then rebuild the problem is fixed!

I have seen this happen on two machines, with both 3.2.1 and 3.2.2. It
happens regularly on our nightly build machine, which is extremely annoying.

I'm at a loss...
