I have no extra windows. My windows all open in the same integrated
window. With this setup, if my editor is only showing, pressing
Shift-Cmd-E seems to be the exact same thing as Shift-Cmd-B. Like I
said when I set my preferences to make the window appear and disappear
on build, only appear seems to work. Anyway it's not important to me.
I'm happy I found the shortcut.
