No new version of Xcode has been released to the public. If yup have access to a confidential seed release of Xcode, please use the corresponding Developer Forum for assistance and feedback on that version.
The current public version of Xcode is version 3.2.2 and this public mailing list is open for discussion of that and earlier versions of Xcode.
