Any warnings written to the console at runtime? Are you certain that the xib file you’re viewing is the same one that’s built into the app? Have you tried a clean build? That's why they call it "style" ... :-)
Sure. Just be aware that if anyone else ever looks at or tries to use your code, they may be confused or hindered by your naming conventions, just as they would be if you used nonstandard capitalization or spelling in your prose.
