RE: Xcode 3.2.2, OS X 10.6.4, iPhone OS 3.1.3

All,

I'm trying to assemble an update to our iPhone application, and I need to take a new screen shot of the splash screen that shows the latest version of our software. In the past, I've always had difficulties with the Organizer window and taking screen shots. I frequently have to click the Capture button multiple times before it works. Today, I am having zero luck. My iPhone shows up in the Organizer window with a green light next to it, but, when I click the Capture button, nothing happens. Does anyone know how to troubleshoot this? I'm looking in the console app, and I've searched on 'xcode' and 'capture', but I don't see anything that looks related. I guess I can fall back to taking a screen shot on the phone, e-mailing it to myself, cropping it appropriately, and setting the default image in the project, but I'd rather get this working the right way. I've googled and found other folks complaining of similar problems, but I haven't found any answers.

Thanks,
Paul
