Xcode 3.2.3 crashes when opening Organizer window

Xcode version 3.2.3 (1688) running on Mac OS 10.6.4 crashes with the following Internal Error whenever an Organizer window is opened.  This behavior began today following attachment of a new iPhone 4 device, and continues to occur whether or not the device is attached.  The problem does not occur under Xcode version 3.2.2.  Re-installing 3.2.3 and rebooting have no effect.
