1. There's no public Xcode 4, therefore nobody is allowed to discuss it on this list.
2. There recently was a discussion about this (?) problem on Xcode 3.2.3, the solution is to choose the active SDK from the build settings popup or the Project menu, but you now have to hold the Option key to get the choices.
