Command line tool application and missing Info.plist

Hello,

I am trying to build a command line application with support for Applescript using Xcode 3.2.1. Applescript support is enabled in the Info.plist file, however creating a command line tool application via Xcode doesn't generate Info.plist file for me. How do I make Xcode generate this file?

Many thanks for your help
