Documentation Search box losing focus before I'm done with it

  • Subject: Documentation Search box losing focus before I'm done with it

The latest version of XCode (3.2.2, IDE 1650.0, XCode Core 1648.0, ToolSupport 1631.0) seems to have changed the behaviour of the Developer Documentation search box. As soon as the first search results come up, the search box loses focus to go to the first of the search results. That means unless you know exactly what you want to query and you type insanely fast, you lose focus and have to go click back in the search box to finish it.

example, type 'ui' and then pause for 1/2 a second and .. you lost focus ..

Is that an intentional change, or a 'feature' which has crept in? If intentional can it be optional, I just don't think or necessarily type that fast. _______________________________________________
