I've looked for a preference - no luck but I'd be happy to be proven wrong here.
Seriously, the last click usually backs my cursor up about five spaces or pops it up a couple lines. How is that useful when I'm bouncing back and forth between a system header file and implementation file? I have arrow keys to get around in a file.
I've been using Xcode and its predecessors for ten years. They're messing with my muscle memory here.
