What downloads do I need?

I'm finally upgrading my old PowerBook G4 to a MacBook Pro, so I'll be moving on to Snow Leopard and Xcode 3.2.1.

What will I need to download (or get a friend with better connectivity to download)? Will I get 3.2 or 3.2.1 out of the box? Do I need to get a documentation update? If so, where? It appears that the old documentation set RSS feed (http://developer.apple.com/rss/adcdocsets.atom) no longer exists, and the latest documentation download on the developer site is December 2007.

Thanks,
John
