Yikes!
I've spent several hours creating a new Xcode project for a command line
tool. And something happened where it appears that the folder that the Xcode
project had lived disappeared ! Literally! I cant explain how it happened...
Anyway I have the Xcode project file open currently (literally as I write
this) but I cannot save it. It gives me a dialog saying that Xcode is unable
to save the "read only" project, and if should exit, I will lose my changes.
The dialog mentions that SCM might be needed to regain writability. SCM is
not involved - yet!
I have search my entire file system, and I cannot find this *xcodeproj file
anywhere!
If you command-click on the proxy icon in the middle of the project
window's title bar, you should see a menu showing the path to the
project file. Does that help you find it?
