Thanks for the detailed response!!
I don't own BBEdit but I just downloaded TextWrangler and it seems like it might work.
I will have a chance to fully use this in the next week or so!
I will let you know how it goes.
BTW: Your website has a great Cocoa resources page! Nice Job!
Looks like you are a regular expressions dude.
Any recommendations on resources on that front?
