I believe you're hitting a bug in Xcode. Try this:

1. Remember the Base SDK for your build configurations
2. Project > Edit Project Settings
3. Select the "General" tab
4. Select "Current OS" for "Base SDK for All Configurations"
5. Project > Set Active SDK > Use Base SDK
6. Change your Base SDK for your build configurations back to what
they were in step 1

After that, don't go near the active SDK of your project!
