Xcode default dev locale from "English" to "en"

Hi there,

a naive question: it's been a couple years now that Apple pushes ISO codes for language all over ("en" instead of "English"). Why is it so that older forms of locale are still the default in Xcode?

I know, your're overbooked (as we all are), but please, ok, I say it again, please, make this 6 char change in the next release of Xcode so that thousands of developer all over the world can just double-click on xibs in Xcode and that the "en" version opens as expected (not even asking a UI to set the dev language).

THANK YOU.

Raphael
