I don't know about everyone else, but I'm finding it increasingly confusing that Xcode is shipped as part of the SDKs (since you might have a GM or Beta SDK with an official release of Xcode or a GM or Beta Xcode with an official SDK release, or some combination thereof).
It would be better to release Xcode separately from the SDKs, I think. I understand why you might want to ship the two together, but now that we have both iOS and Mac OS X SDKs, not to mention the new Mac App Store stuff, it's making it much easier to get in a muddle.
