I use MacVim for the python scripting I need to do. If I did that for
a living, I would buy Komodo with no second thoughts. Back when they
sold a discounted personal license, I used it and it was excellent.

I have heard very nice things about PyDev, and would probably try it
if I wasn't already perfectly happy with MacVim for the amount of
python scripting I do:

For PyObjC, I use a combination of xcode and macvim.
