How to reopen a "Compare" produced .xcdiff file?

  • Subject: How to reopen a "Compare" produced .xcdiff file?

I'm quite happy with the displayed difference file I get comparing the current committed source file with a modified one. I wanted to save one for later review, and thus used "Save As" in Xcode, which produces a .xcdiff file.

I could **swear** that at one point I was able to reopen these files in Xcode and view it as it appeared when I did the Compare. Alas, I have either forgotten how to do this, or I just imagined it.

Any pointers most appreciated!

David
