Xcode Refactoring Broken

Hi,

lately i just get a blank dialog when i try to refactor stuff. When you
take a look at the activity window, you'll see that the refactoring process
hangs as soon as i click on "Refactor..." and then the empty dialog pops up

Any ideas how to solve this? I already deinstalled all devtools and reinstalled them.
Rebuilding the code sense index didn't help either.
