Yes. On one of my computers, I found an old version of the developer tools docset in the non-shared folder, and the new one along with the new core reference docset in the shared folder.

After I trashed the old docset and moved the two new ones from the shared to the non-shared folder, all my bookmarks started working again. Today's release of AppKiDo 0.985 final also works fine. Perfect!

I see the same unexpected locations on my other development computer. I had also installed the legacy core reference docset on that computer, and it is in the non-shared folder, too.
