HELP!!!! XCode4 won't build after running XCode3 proj in same folder

I restored the XCode 3 version my project (with a different name) in the same folder that has the XCode3-converted-to-4 project and ran build. Now the xcode-4 version of the project won't build or clean. Is there any solution other than creating a new XCode4 project???
