What to do when Xcode refuses to step through code

Hi all.

I've once again hit this bug where Xcode 4 will not show where it is in source code after hitting a breakpoint, and doesn't show you where it is as you're stepping through code.  It will pull up the right source file, but it just puts the cursor on the top row and sits there as you step through.

Call stack and variables appear to update correctly as you step, but there's no source highlight anywhere.

Has anybody found a pattern to this or know a way to jostle Xcode out of this dysfunctional state?  A clean didn't help.

Thanks!
