I was confused because my preferences showed the docsets had been installed and yet the directories were empty so I'm guessing XCode smartly went to the web for them, you seem a step back from that with the thing showing you haven't even gotten the docs yet.

Glad this was brought up. I encountered the same problem, after searching for the exact same reference: UIButton. Looking at the documentation prefs, "iOS 4.3 Library" is greyed out and has a GET button. So something isn't right with the installer...
