There's no option to have Xcode reload the last workspace on startup?

Hi all.

When I start Xcode, it just sits there with no UI.  It doesn't reload the last-used workspace, and I can't find any option to do so.  I have to manually load the project from the File menu.  Am I just overlooking this in the preferences, or is it really missing?

Thanks!
