Hi Sean McBride:
I checked the file InternalModemSupport.kext , it is 32 bit. May be I need to udpate this file for 64 bit? How can I do that?

Did you use 'lipo' (see 'man lipo') to confirm the architecture of your kext and also any kexts and libraries that your kext depends on? Looks to me like InternalModemSupport.kext is 32 bit only, do you depend on that kext?
