Closest I  could find was "Product" menu (in menu bar), "Edit Scheme" and select the "Run" (debug) scheme. That has all the other stuff from the Xcode 3 executable settings… (Arguments & environment variables, etc.)

Perhaps the "Module names to load debug symbols for" section?
