I see the problem, Roland.  Selecting a data model in Xcode 4, and secondary-clicking, the "Delete" menu item in the contextual menu is disabled.

I guess the workaround is the Xcode Shuffle:

•  Close your project in Xcode 4
•  Open your project in Xcode 3
•  Select the undesired model and hit the 'delete' key.
•  Close your project in Xcode 3
