Where are Xcode 4.1 bookmarks stored?

In Xcode 3, documentation bookmarks were stored in the Xcode preferences file with a known key, and I could easily back up my bookmarks and restore them with an AppleScript.
After upgrading to Xcode 4.1, they're still in the same preferences file under the same key, but they don't show up in Xcode 4.1. And new bookmarks I add in Xcode 4.1 do not appear to show up in this preferences file, at least under this key. So I assume this preferences file is for Xcode 3 only, or that this key is a no-op in Xcode 4.1.
