Custom Compiler in Xcode 4.1

I want to set up Xcode 4.1 to use a custom compiler that I built myself targeting embedded linux for ARM.

Xcode 3.2 could be set up to do this by following the steps here:

http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1941494/add-a-custom-compiler-to-xcode-3-2

How can I do this in Xcode 4 on Lion?
