Xcode 3.2 problems debugging on Lion?

I was testing a small app, and when I two to run the app under the debugger, it gets as far as opening the simulator, "installing" the app, showing the status bar on the screen (with the clock, etc). It will sit like that for about 10 seconds or so, then it will just go back to the home screen. There are no messages in the debug console. If I run without debugging, the app launches fine. It doesn't matter if there are breakpoints in the code or not.

The app delegate just loads a view and shows it, and the viewDidLoad in the view controller is commented out, it doesn't do anything special.

It probably has to do with running Xcode 3.2 on Lion, as running the same code in 4.1 seems to run fine, debugging and not.

Just curious.
