Apple not accepting my app because of SDK...

| I have been trying to submit an application to the Mac App Store but I am getting an error saying that 'Apple is not currently accepting app built with this version of the SDK' despite the fact that I am using the most stable version from the Mac App Store and I do not have any beta software on my system nor have I ever had any beta software installed the past. Xcode 4.1 - Build 4B110
